Next Step

In our dynamic working environment, you'll need to be dedicated, able to meet the highest standards and be an excellent communicator. In return, there are excellent opportunities both for your personal development and career progression.

Depending on the role, we use a range of psychometric tests and interview techniques designed to assess your skills and aptitude for that particular job. These techniques seek to confirm that an applicant has the required knowledge, skill, attitude and personality to contribute and fit into the company culture.

Our commitment to you

We understand the time and effort it takes you in applying to us, therefore we will make every effort to respond to you as promptly as possible. To honour this agreement we will strive to achieve the following:

  • Send an email to let you know we have received your application within 24 hours.
  • Assess your initial application and contact you by email or telephone call to book an interview if you are successful at this stage.
  • Confirm with you the date, time and location (we'll provide you with a map) of your interview and also the name of the people you'll be meeting.
  • Contact you within 5 working days regarding the outcome of your interview. Any offer of employment will be made over the telephone.
  • Send you a written offer and contract within 5 working days of any acceptance of an offer of employment.
  • If you attend a second or final interview for a position and you're unsuccessful, we'll be happy to provide feedback on the reasons why.

Interview Hints

Here are some useful interview hints and techniques:

  • Be prepared. Research the company and the role that you are being interviewed for.
  • First impressions count so always arrive on time and look smart and professional.
  • Read the job description carefully. This will give you hints for the types of questions which you might be asked.
  • Swot up on your C.V. to be in a position to talk about your past positions and achievements.
  • Body language is very important - always sit upright but relaxed. Try not to be nervous, speak clearly and confidently. Shake hands firmly, smile and make eye contact.
  • Describe your past responsibilities and achievements. Emphasise how you can help the company achieve its goals. Explain how the skills you bring will benefit the company.
  • Be specific in your answers. Ask for clarification if you're not sure what is being asked of you.
  • Concentrate on your strengths and avoid negatives. If talking about a weakness is unavoidable, explain that this is something you are striving to overcome.
  • Ask questions about the position and the company. Make sure the role and the company are right for you.
