Technical Shift Managers

Your role is to manage all available resources within the Customer Support Centre of an IP service provision (and associated products and services) company, ensuring Service Level achievement across all work flows, and optimal productivity from a team of Technical and Customer Support Analysts.

Do you have...?
• 3 years experience in a operational management role.
• Ideally previous experience in a 1st to 3rd line support role.
• A proven performance record and experience of process re-engineering.
• The capability to identify effective ways to develop team co-operation.
• The ability to build and develop relationships across the business, and at all levels.
• The skills to manage appropriate network monitoring systems and run daily network checks.

Do you have an understanding of…?

• A range of IP services and Internet Services.
• Fault identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Set up and configuration of ADSL Hardware, Email Clients and VoIP and Wireless Networking.

Do you have the ability to…?
• Work effectively both as part of a team and on an individual basis.
• Approach problem / fault diagnosis in a systematic manner.
• Manage time effectively to ensure target achievement.
• Handle customer interactions in a professional, assertive manner.
