You may have seen some reports in the press recently regarding an increase in broadband problems over the festive period. Increased interference in your house over Christmas can increase the possibility of you experiencing slower speeds or even disconnections.
Christmas lights are one of the main causes of interference but you can minimise the chance of problems without having to turn off your lights.
Read our festive faults blog to get some handy hints on avoiding broadband problems over the holiday period.

We've got some fantastic news regarding our Broadband Phone service! We've teamed up with industry experts Gradwell to offer you a significantly improved VoIP service.
