Terms and conditions of the Rugby League Four Nations ticket offer for customers signing up between 22nd August 2011 and 13th October 2011.
1. New customers who place an order for Plusnet Value or Plusnet Extra Broadband and take our line rental at £11.99 a month with either Talk Evening & Weekends or Talk Anytime between 22nd August 2011 and 13th October 2011 get their first month broadband free of charge and two tickets to a Rugby League Four Nations game of their choice.
2. Your first month’s broadband subscription will be free of charge and you will be charged the standard price for your area and package from Month 2. Line rental and the price for any call packages will still be charged in Month 1.
3. This offer is not available with Plusnet Fibre broadband packages.
4. To take this offer you must order the services via this page or by calling 0808 100 1867 and quoting promo code ‘fournations’. This offer will not be available to customers who sign up from any different page or do not mention the promo code when they call us.
5. You will receive two standard tickets for a game of your choice at the Rugby League Four Nations Tournament 2011, subject to availability. These will be category 2 tickets up to a total value of £90. Your tickets will be provided by the Tournament organisers who will contact you using the telephone details you provide when signing up for this offer. Please allow 14 days from your broadband activation date to be contacted regarding ticket fulfilment.
6. Tickets will be issued subject to the standard Rugby League Four Nations tickets terms and conditions.
7. There are a maximum of 575 pairs of tickets (1150 tickets) available for this promotion.
8. Any extra tickets or specific ticket requirements must be arranged directly with the Tournament organisers when the free tickets are being organised. You will be free to purchase additional tickets along with your free tickets if required.
9. If you leave Plusnet in your first 12 months after receiving a free set-up, router or house move, we'll charge you for these. If you remain with Plusnet for 12 months after receiving a free set-up, router or house move these charges will be waived. You can also choose to pay for any of these up front if you want more flexibility.
10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. There is no cash alternative to this offer.
12. Plusnet reserve the right to remove the offer at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
13. Once you have signed up for the offer you will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of service for Plusnet broadband, and where applicable Home Phone products, which can be viewed at www.plus.net/terms.

Broadband speed is described as up to 20Mb because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 20Mb, dependant on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. Broadband with a 12-month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40. (You'll just pay £4.99 P&P) If you leave within 12 months, you may be liable to pay charges relating to the set-up of your service and for hardware we have provided.
Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £25 activation charge (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front. Minimum term of 30 days.
Evening & weekend calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 made Monday-Friday 19:00-07:00 and anytime Saturday or Sunday.
Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime.
Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded. See the Home Phone FAQs page for more details about call charges.
