My experience of my previous ISPs left a lot to be desired problems
connecting, poor quality connections, expensive and unhelpful helplines,
slow downloads and so on. Some months ago I discovered

find them to be far better than any other ISP I have used in the past.
Ive never had any problems in connecting and they have very helpful and

I joined
PlusNet earlier this year after hearing nothing but good
reports from other
PlusNet customers. I signed up for one of
PlusNet 's
excellent Connect accounts and was thrilled by all the extra's I got. An
included .co.uk domain and 250 MB's of web space being what I consider the
two best added-value features.
Browsing around the
PlusNet Website/Portal you get a real sense of
professionalism. Everything you need to know is available just a few
clicks away. And, if you can't find what you are looking for, you can
always contact one of the
PlusNet team for a quick (and I mean QUICK!)
reply, explaining clearly what you wanted to know.
Customer care is probably one of the best features of
PlusNet . They are
so friendly and never fail to amaze with the lengths they go to in
resolving a problem you're having. Honestly, I could go on and on about
how good
PlusNet are. However, I doubt they would let me take up so much
space on their website!
So bottom line. Would I recommend
PlusNet ? YES!

I use
PlusNet as my ISP in both a professional and personal capacity
and have been extremely impressed by their total commitment to customer
satisfaction and support.
The outstanding value offered on their range of accounts has meant that

with my previous ISP. In addition, I am now able to self-manage my
hosted domains using the portal Control Panel.

My unmetered Connect connection has been first time (virtually) every
time and the service is reliable. The occasional problem is quickly
acknowledged and rectified and the current service status and status
history are readily available. Technical support at
PlusNet is good,
responsive and available 24 hours a day via newsgroups, forums, web form
and local call 'phone. Web surfing, e-mail, download speeds, etc, are
faster than any of my previous free accounts. T&Cs are clear and
fairly enforced. I consider
PlusNet to be the best ISP I have used.

hard slog (with my having absolutely no previous Internet experience!)
without the dedicated technical support and advice that

provided. With site traffic levels now approaching 250,000 visits per
month, the consistent quality of service would be hard to match anywhere
else - and what other ISP would host a 120Mb website and offer 500Mb
bandwidth daily (that's 15Gb per
month) for less than £120 (ex vat) per year? Not to mention local-call rate
Technical Support and the many other extras that come as standard with
PlusNet web-hosting. I've been with
PlusNet for four years ... and the
service just gets better and better.

I spent a long time looking for an ADSL service provider and eventually
chose
PlusNet because they were the cheapest! I assumed that because of
the reduced cost there would be a trade off in terms of support etc. -
how wrong could I be? I've worked in the IT support sector for 7 years
and have not come across a company that offers better customer support.
Queries are replied to extremely quickly and accurately. The website
portal is kept up to date with the latest service information and their
support staff show genuine concern for their customers.
