Broadband Hide Detail

You'll need a Plusnet or other BT based landline to get our broadband.

Our landline phone service costs from £9.49 for line rental including evening and weekend calls. Find out more about our packages.

Broadband speed is described as up to 20Mb because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 20Mb, dependant on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Broadband with a 12-month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40. (You'll just pay £4.99 P&P) If you leave within 12 months, you may be liable to pay charges relating to the set-up of your service and for hardware we have provided.

Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £25 activation charge (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front. Minimum term of 30 days.

Phone Hide Detail

Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime.

Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded. See the Home Phone FAQs page for more details about call charges.

25% discount to top international call destinations: Get a 25% discount on call rates to: EU, USA, Canada, Australia (incl. Christmas Islands & Cocos Islands), New Zealand (incl. Chatham Islands).

What is a low cost area?

This offer gives you 12 months of half price broadband. This discount offer is applied to the initial fee (first month's subscription) which is due when you sign up for the Plusnet Value broadband product and the subsequent eleven month's subscription.

This offer is only valid on the Value product when taken as part of a bundle with a homephone product. This offer is not valid on broadband only, Extra or any of the fibre products.

Your Home Phone activation date will be used as your monthly billing date. Where your broadband service is activated at a later date than your Home Phone service you will receive a pro-rata bill for your first month's broadband. After that your next 11 month's broadband will be half price.

If you take Plusnet Line Rental Saver, you will pay a one off payment for your entire years rental of £113.38. This equates to a monthly line rental payment of £9.49 per month.

If you do not sign up for Plusnet Line Rental Saver, you will need to pay monthly line rental payment of £12.99.

If you need a new phone line installing at your property, there is a £49.99 installation charge.

The offer is only available to new customers who order the services by 8th March 2012.

If you leave Plusnet in your first 12 months after receiving a free set-up, router or house move, we'll charge you for these details of these charges can be found at www.plus.net If you remain with Plusnet for 12 months after receiving a free set-up, router or house move these charges will be waived. You can also choose to pay for any of these up front if you want more flexibility.
