Following our success in the 2008 uSwitch survey (where we won 9 out of 11 awards) we've again scored highly, and added two more awards to our collection. We're proud to announce that we've won 'Best Quality of Connection' and have come runner-up in 'Overall Customer Satisfaction'.
The uSwitch awards are the largest of their kind, compiled from the votes of 12,000 customers. We got some high scores last year, but we've been making improvements and have scored even higher this year, below are some highlights from our results table.
