~ UK broadband provider based in Sheffield scoops high profile industry accolade then hits the top spot in uSwitch survey in just one week ~

PlusNet, a UK broadband provider based in Sheffield, is on a high after winning two national accolades.

PlusNet has come top in nine in eleven categories in the latest uSwitch broadband survey, including Best Overall Customer Satisfaction and Best Technical support. The survey is compiled by results from over 11,000 members of the public.

This news comes hot on the heels of the ISP’s success at the ISPA (Internet Service Provider Association) Awards, where the company scooped Best Consumer Broadband, beating big brand rivals to the title.

“We’re gutted we only won nine out of the eleven categories. We’ll try harder in future,” said Neil Laycock, CEO, PlusNet. “In all seriousness, it’s been a great week for PlusNet, with the results of the uSwitch survey coming just a couple of days after we scooped Best Consumer ISP at the ISPA awards.
