Plusnet awarded 'Best quality of connection' by uSwitch
ISP also named runner up in the 2009 Overall Customer Satisfaction category
March 27, 2009, Sheffield Internet service provider Plusnet (www.plus.net) has won two awards at the uSwitch Broadband Customer Satisfaction Awards 2009: Best Quality of Connection and runner up in the Overall Customer Satisfaction category.
Overall, Plusnets performance scores increased over last year, particularly in the Best Deal for You category, where the ISP showed an improvement of 9 per cent.

Naturally we are very happy to win Best Quality of Connection, but we are equally proud of our 88 per cent score for Overall Customer Satisfaction, which is up from 2008. Plusnet, a subsidiary of BT, recently launched Plusnet Value* the UKs cheapest standalone broadband in response to customer demand for cost effective internet access. Every year uSwitch commissions the independent research organisation YouGov to carry out a survey of the UK's broadband providers. This year more than 12,000 votes were compiled to determine the winners. YouGov's panel consists of adults of all ages, socio-economic groups and regions of Britain.
