1. This offer is open to any new customer who signs up to 'Broadband Your Way Option 1 with Home Phone Evenings & Weekends' through the exclusive uSwitch special offer sales page, during the specified offer period.
2. This offer is also available to existing customers who are now out of contract. Existing customers will not be eligible for the free 4-Port wireless' hardware or '£15 cashback' offer. All remaining cancellation and cease charges will continue to apply. 3. Free activation is only available to customers switching to Plusnet with a MAC code. An activation fee of £40 will apply to customers who do not have a MAC code.
4. A postage and packaging cost of £6.99 will be applied to all customers who take the free 4-Port wireless option.
5. This special offer ends on 28th January 2009 but we have the right to remove this offer or any other offer in conjunction with this offer at any point.
6. The special offer discounted price of £5.50 per month for 3 months, applies to months 2,3 and 4 of the 12 month contract. The monthly cost then reverts to the standard £19.50 per month for the remainder of the contract.
7. The offer includes a free 4-Port wireless router OR £15 cashback. To choose the 4-Port wireless option new customers must select the '4 port wireless router' option through the signup pages. To choose '£15 cashback' customers must choose the 'no hardware' option. We will be notified of this selection and we'll apply the cashback forthwith. Customers will not be eligible for both the free 4-Port wireless router and £15 cashback within the contracted period as part of this particular offer.
8. One offer per household and only when you choose to stay with us for the 12-month minimum period - any other hardware purchases within this period will be charged at the full amount.
9. In extreme circumstances we may not be able to provide the hardware offered within the special offer product pages - in every circumstance we will do everything within our control to provide an alternate item of equal value or provide you with the '£15 cashback' alternate offer.
10. If you choose to take the '£15 cashback' option we will endevour to apply your cashback within 4 weeks of your Broadband activation date. Your cashback will be provided to you by cheque and posted to the account holder at the registered address.
All prices quoted are inclusive of the 15% VAT rate.
