1. What is Broadband Your Way Pro?
This is our new PAYG product which is ideal for gamers or those wanting a superior 5-star experience on all protocols at all times. See below to see how traffic is prioritised:

Gaming and VoIP (including Ventrilo and TeamSpeak) - Titanium
All other traffic (including Usenet and Peer-to-Peer) - Gold

2. How much does Broadband Your Way Pro cost?
Broadband Your Way costs £19.99 per month, with extra usage bought on either a pre-pay or PAYG basis. See Question 5.

3. What is the usage allowance?
Broadband Your Way Pro comes with a 10GB usage allowance. However you are able to customise your product by adding extra usage. See Question 5

4. When is usage counted?
Usage is counted from 8am to Midnight.

5. Can I buy additional usage?
Yes. You can buy pre-pay or PAYG usage in 2GB blocks.

Pre-pay - £1.50 per 2GB.
PAYG - £1.80 per 2GB (for every 2GB used which is over your agreed usage allowance).

6. Which hardware is available for Broadband Your Way Pro?
We offer the same hardware choices as for our Broadband Your Way Option 3 product; a 1-Port USB Router, 1-Port Wireless Router or 4-Port Wireless Router.

Note: As of 19th September 2007 the cost of the 4-port wireless router has been reduced to £50. All upfront contracts for this hardware across all Broadband Your Way products will be priced at £50. Hardware purchased prior to this date will remain at £64.99 on deferred contracts.

7. What is the referral value for Broadband Your Way Pro?

8. Is Broadband Your Way available to all PlusNet, Force9 and Free-Online customers?
Yes. Broadband Your Way Pro is available to all residential customers.

Yes. This is available to all residential migrations and account changes.

Yes, you can move your deferred contract to Broadband Your Way Pro.

Although Broadband Your Way Pro is a stand-alone product it has exactly the same product features as our other Broadband Your Way products.
