What is the half price Broadband Your Way offer?
Sign up for Broadband Your Way and Home Phone for 12 months and receive your first 3 month's broadband service for half price.

Who can take up the offer?
The offer is open to anyone signing up for both Broadband Your Way and Home Phone between 24th June 2008 and 29th August 2008. This includes both customers new to PlusNet and existing dialup customers who wish to upgrade to broadband.

You can choose any of our Broadband Your Way Options:

Can I take advantage of other offers?
You cannot apply for the half price offer at the same time as other special offers, but you can still take advantage of our free activation and free hardware options by completing the minimum 12 months of the contract.

How do I claim my half price broadband?
If you are not yet a PlusNet customer, go to our Residential Broadband page and sign up for our service, selecting the half price offer.

If you are a PlusNet, Force9 or Free Online dialup customer, please contact our sales team on 0800 694 0016, who will be able to assist you with upgrading to broadband and Home Phone.

My requirements have changed, can I change products?
Absolutely! You can change between Home Phone Anytime and Home Phone Evening & Weekends at any time. Should you require a higher or lower usage allowance for your broadband service, you can change your Broadband Your Way option. In the first 3 months of service, we will make sure the correct discount is applied to your account.

What if I want to leave your service in the first 12 months?
If you wish to cancel both your broadband and Home Phone service, you will be required to pay the outstanding months of your contract.

If you want to cancel broadband and keep Home Phone you will be charged the outstanding months of your broadband contract.

If you want to cancel Home Phone and keep broadband you will be charged the outstanding months of the home phone contract. In addition, should you wish to cancel your Home Phone service within 3 months of your 'go-live' date, the broadband discount will be removed.
