Analysing The DataThe following information shows you how to interpret the data that has been captured by Wireshark.

Traffic QueuesThe following table shows the various queues and their corresponding hex values in descending order.
The Traffic Prioritisation Is WrongIf you find that your traffic has been incorrectly prioritised you can supply us with the captured data so we can get this looked into. Go to the Help Assistant and choose the path My Broadband Connection >> Incorrect Traffic Management. Include as much information on your problem as you can. Click 'Browse' to choose the Wireshark data file you saved and then 'Submit' :
