Emergency Address Data

In the future Broadband Phone will offer the ability to make emergency calls to 999 and 112.

It is important to keep your emergency address details up to date in case we need to pass this information to the emergency services (at times when you are unable, e.g. silent calls).

As Broadband Phone is a ‘connect anywhere’ service it is your responsibility to keep these emergency details up to date and relevant to your current location. You will also need to keep the information up to date when you move house.

Credit and Minutes

Credit and Minutes displays your call credit and remaining minutes for paid and inclusive calls. You can also request credit top ups and choose a maximum daily spend.

Calls Out and Calls In

Here you'll find a daily summary of calls made and received. You can view an itemised list of calls for each date.
