Summary: A guide on our new Broadband Phone Control Panel
The Broadband Phone Control Panel allows you to administer your Broadband Phone account. This guide provides an explanation of each section.
Account OverviewThis shows a summary of your account details including package type, landline number and SIP extension.You can also control various aspects of your service including voicemail and call diversion settings.
VoicemailUse the voicemail section to listen to, download and delete voicemail messages.
Voice PromptsThe voice prompt section allows you to personalise your answerphone message. You can record several messages and choose which one to use. Follow the on screen instructions.
DirectoryThe directory allows you to maintain a personal phone directory. You can either enter details individually or upload multiple contacts in CSV file format. If one of your contacts leaves a voicemail message, their name will be displayed on the email notification you receive for this.
Contact DetailsHere you can view and modify your personal details.
Emergency Address DataIn the future Broadband Phone will offer the ability to make emergency calls to 999 and 112. It is important to keep your emergency address details up to date in case we need to pass this information to the emergency services (at times when you are unable, e.g. silent calls).
Credit and MinutesCredit and Minutes displays your call credit and remaining minutes for paid and inclusive calls. You can also request credit top ups and choose a maximum daily spend.
Calls Out and Calls InHere you'll find a daily summary of calls made and received. You can view an itemised list of calls for each date.
