How do I retrieve my voicemail?

There are three ways to retrieve your Broadband Phone Voicemail.
  • Go to the Voicemail section of the Broadband Phone Control Panel. Here you can see a list of messages and listen to or download them.
  • Dial *1 or 185 from your Broadband Phone device and follow the voice prompts.
  • Dial 0870 861 6661 or 01225 800899 from any landline or mobile phone. You will be prompted for your mailbox number and password. Your mailbox number is your SIP ID and the password is your voicemail PIN. Refer to the Broadband Phone Control Panel or your welcome email if you are unsure of these.

How am I alerted to a new voicemail message?

When a new message is received an email will be sent to your contact address. Using the Account Overview section of the Broadband Phone Control Panel you can choose to have a copy of the voicemail attached to the notification email.

You can also choose to be notified via text message (also in Account Overview). This costs 7p per message and requires credit to be present on your account.
