The View My Usage display is an essential tool if you want to get the most from your account's Guaranteed time online. Read on to learn how to read the display, or go to the View My Usage tool now.

We've improved View My Usage so that you can get the information you want about your account in a much clearer and simpler way.

There are three ways to keep track of your online hours with View My Usage. You can:

  • Get an overview of your Current Usage Week.
  • View this week in detail
  • View monthly usage in detail

Current Usage Week
The Current Usage Week display shows you immediately how many hours you have used this week. You can also see how many hours usage you have remaining for the week. If you are unsure of when your Usage Week begins and ends you can see that information on the Current Usage week page.


Current Usage Week
The dates displayed here are the dates between which you can use your account's guaranteed weekly hours online.


Time used so far
The number of online hours that you have used this week.


Time unused
This is the number of guaranteed hours that you have remaining this week.

Alerts and changes to the status of accounts
If the status of the account is altered, or we raise you an alert regarding your usage, this will be visible on the Current Usage Page. The key will help you work out if we have raised you an alert.

VIEW MY USAGE KEY

If we have raised you an alert you can click on the relevant date to see the exact details.


View this week in detail
Clicking "View this week in detail" will bring up a pop-up that displays your usage for the week in a more comprehensive manner. This option allows you to see a summary of your usage for each day in this usage week and of your usage for the full week.

VIEW MY USAGE WEEK IN DETAIL

View monthly usage in detail
Use the monthly usage calendar to get in depth usage information about your PlusNet account. You can click on a date to see your usage for that particular day and also for that usage week.

You can view any month of the last three in this way by selecting the month you wish to view from the drop down menu.

VIEW MY USAGE MONTH IN DETAIL

Exceeding your Fair Usage maximum
If you exceed your weekly Fair Usage maximum this will be reflected by an alert on the View My Usage display. We will also notify you by email if you go over your weekly Fair Usage maximum.
