The logon information depends on the address you're setting up:

    • Default email address: Enter the username and password you use to log into this site.
    • Additional mailbox: Enter the mailbox username (username+mailboxname) and the password you chose when creating the new mailbox.

(If you're not sure what these are, check the email we sent to your contact address after you created the new mailbox in Manage My Mail).

Don't tick: Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)

    Server Information

Enter the following for the mail servers:

    • Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.plus.net
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): relay.plus.net

Click Next when you've filled in all three sections.

  3. That should be everything you need to do, so click Finish to close wizard.
