Please note: The above information applies only to chargeable calls. Inclusive calls have no charge associated with them.
Inclusive calls have a maximum duration of 60 minutes for national numbers, 30 minutes for international numbers (Anytime+ only). After this, calls are charged for at the standard rates (see Home Phone Tariff Guide and the PlusNet Essential Tariff Guide), though a setup fee1 and 2will not apply.
Call Charging Explained
- Calls are charged for a minimum one minute duration
- Call durations are then rounded up to the next minute
- A setup charge of 4.5p is added to the charge1 and 6p for PlusNet Essential2
- The final total is rounded up to the next whole pence

1. Details of Setup Fee
The following call types will be subject to a 4.5p set up fee:
- Non-inclusive 01,02 or 03 landline calls
- 0845/0870 (NTS) calls
- UK mobiles
- International mobiles
- Premium rate services
The following call types do not attract a set up fee:
- Fixed fee calls
- Calls starting with a fixed fee
2. Details of PlusNet Essential Setup Fee
The following call types will be subject to a 6p set up fee:
- Non-inclusive 01,02 or 03 landline calls
- 0845/0870 (NTS) calls
- UK mobiles
- International mobiles
- Premium rate services
The following call types do not attract a set up fee:
- Fixed fee calls
- Calls starting with a fixed fee
