Note: The following information applies only to chargeable calls. Inclusive calls have no cost associated with them.

For customers who have signed up before 31/10/07, call charges until 30/11/07 are as follows:

1. Calls are charged for a minimum one minute duration
2. Calls are rounded up to 6 second blocks after the initial minute
3. The final total is rounded up to the next whole pence
4. If the final total is less than 5 pence, the call is charged at 5 pence

For customers who have signed up on or after 31/10/07 call charges are as follows:

1. Calls are charged for a minimum one minute duration
2. Calls are then rounded up to the next minute
3. A setup charge of 4.5p is added to the cost¹
4. The final total is rounded up to the next whole pence

For customers changing products on or after 31/10/07 call charges until 30/11/07 are as follows:

1. Calls are charged for a minimum one minute duration
2. Calls are then rounded up to the next minute
3. A setup charge of 4.5p is added to the cost¹
4. The final total is rounded up to the next whole pence

1. Details of Setup Fee

The follow call types will be subject to a 4.5p set up fee:

• Non-inclusive 01/02 landline calls
• 0845/0870 (NTS) calls
• UK mobiles
• International mobiles
• Premium rate services

The following call types do not attract a set up fee:

• Fixed fee calls
• Calls starting with a fixed fee
