1. When are payments for my Services packages charged?
Payment is taken immediately using the Credit Card details you gave during the signup.

If you change the number of licences you have within an individual Services package, you have instant access to them. Your next billing date is brought forward to take the changes into account.

Please note: If you choose to reduce your number of licences you won't be able to have your original billing date.

Example
If you move from 10 to 20 Communication licences your monthly credit will last half the original time so your next billing date will be brought forward.

2. When can I find out when I will next be billed?
Visit the Services Manager to view your next invoice date at any time. Your payment history is also available under View Transactions in the My Account section of the portal.

3. Am I billed for all my Services in a single payment, or can I pay for each Services package separately?
Each package is paid for separately, so if you purchased licenses for two packages you will be billed separately for each one.

4. How secure are my payment details?
All payment details are transmitted over a secure Internet connection (look for the padlock in your browser's bottom bar). Your personal details are encoded using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protection, so they cannot be intercepted and read by others.
