VoIP Portal Problem (58686) - RESOLVED
This is an update to the earlier reported problem where customers were not able to correctly access their Broadband Phone control panel.
This problem has now been resolved and you should be able to access your control panel as normal.

VoIP Portal Problem (58686) - NEW
We are aware of a problem affecting our Broadband Phone (VoIP) control panel. When logged in to this system customers are seeing code appearing across the screen rather than the usual control panel.
This issue has been raised with our suppliers and we are awaiting further feedback.

Incoming calls diverting to voicemail (57023) - RESOLVED
This is an update to the problems some customers were experiencing yesterday with our Broadband Phone service.
We have received confirmation from Gradwell that the problem should now be resolved and customers should be able to receive calls as normal.
If you are still experiencing problems then please restart your SIP hardware/software and try again before contacting support via the usual channels.

Incoming calls diverting to voicemail (57023) - UPDATE
Gradwell have continued to investigate the problems that some of our Broadband Phone customers have been experiencing.
They have initially believed that this is happening because these customers' extensions are being routed towards sip2.plus.net instead of sip.plus.net. Our initial testing has proven this to not be the case and Gradwell have assured us that they are continuing to investigate this as a matter of priority.

Incoming calls diverting to voicemail (57023) - NEW
We've received a few reports from our Broadband Phone customers that they are having difficulties receiving calls. These calls are being diverted straight to their voicemail.
We've raised this problem directly with Gradwell and believe it to be related to some difficulties that they have been seeing with one of their PBX servers.
We'll update you as soon as we have some more information.
