Customer Support Staffing Levels - RESOLVED

This is an update to the previous post regarding the staffing levels within our Sheffield Support Centre.
As the poor weather conditions have now subsided most of the CSC support staff have been able to make it in to work, due to this we are now going to close off this service status.

Due to the adverse weather conditions and travel problems being experienced in the Sheffield area we are operating with decreased staffing levels.
Customers calling today may experience delays in calls being answered. You can see our current wait times here: http://csc.plus.net/
We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes to you.
Customers throughout the UK will be affected by this weather. We especially draw attention to the fact that broadband connections can be impacted by heavy snowfall and damp conditions. This may temporarily affect broadband sync and speed for some customers.
If your query is of a less urgent nature then please use our help & support section http://help.plus.net/ to raise a ticket and we'll answer it as soon as possible.
We'll update this service status in a few days.

Customer Support Phone System Problems (74066)- RESOLVED

This is an update to the earlier post regarding problems with our support telephone system.
Our network engineers have now resolved the issues with the call routing and you should be able to call us as normal again now.

We've become aware of a problem affecting our internal phone system.
Our network engineers are investigating however at present calls from customers are not being routed correctly to our support teams.
Whilst this issue is ongoing we would recommend customers raise support tickets through our website for any urgent queries they may have.

We'll provide another update as soon as any more information becomes available.

This is an update to Monday's post about the problem affecting our internal phone system.
Call queues have returned to usual levels and our internal phone system is working as expected.
