Due to a number of issues including the recent storms, our suppliers are experiencing longer delays than normal to get phone & broadband faults sorted With these delays, it'll now take 5 working days to update on existing faults. We're really sorry for this inconvenience

Around an hour ago, we were experiencing issues with the web chat service on our website. Our engineers have confirmed that the issue is now resolved, and that chat is showing as readily available again.

We apologise for any inconvenience which may have been encountered this evening.

We are aware that our web chat service is currently down on our website. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as a top priority, and we hope for a fix soon. For the time being, we are still contactable on all support numbers available.

This is an update to our previous post regarding problems with access to our webmail platform along with our Community Site.

The problem has been resolved and customers should be able to access the webmail platform and Community site without any issues.

We're currently experiencing problems with access to our webmail platform along with our Community Site. This may also be affecting some other services.

Attempting to access these sites may currently be resulting in errors.
