Missing Webstats (74916) - RESOLVED

This is an update to Saturday's announcement about the late generation of customers' webstats for Friday, 5th April.

Our engineers have resolved the problem, so all subsequent data will be available as usual. Unfortunately, any missing webstats from Friday are not recoverable.

We are currently investigating a problem affecting the generation of customers' webstats and raw log files.

This will be affecting customers who have websites hosted on our servers, and may mean that you're missing webstats or log files from yesterday (5th April).

A problem has been raised to our Networks engineers and we will provide a further update once we have more information.

This is an update to this afternoon's post about the problem affecting the generation of customers' webstats and raw log files.

The problem has now been fixed and customers' webstats are being generated as normal.
