As the first point of contact for our customers you’ll take a combination of general service enquires mixed with more technical calls.  Whether you’re talking someone through charges on their bill, checking their line speed, or connecting their router, you’ll be ready for anything.

They’ll speak to people who’re interested in joining us (no cold calling involved), right through to customers reaching the end of their contract and wanting to explore their options.
