How to set up your WiFi connection at home

SPEECH
In this video we’ll show you how to set up your WiFi connection at home.
Right then, let’s get started. 
DESCRIPTION

SPEECH
On the back of our WiFi router, there’s a handy reference card. This has the wireless 
network name and password on it. You’ll need these details to connect your devices to the Internet.

DESCRIPTION

WiFi hotspot names, they select the one that reads Plusnet, matching the details from the back 
of the WiFi router. They then enter in the password from the WiFi card and press to connect.

SPEECH
On the device you’re connecting to, you’ll see a list of WiFi hotspot names. Select the one that reads Plusnet, matching the details from the back of the WiFi router. Enter the wireless network password and press to connect.

To save you typing the details, you can use the camera on a phone or tablet device to scan the handy QR code.

Another way to get connected is to use WiFi Protected Setup. Press the WPS button on the side of the router. It will flash blue, then just follow your device’s instructions to connect.
