We're making some changes to simplify our business which means we’ll be removing some older products from sale. From 26th July 2022 Plusnet Pro add-on will no longer be available.

If you’ve already got Plusnet Pro as part of your home broadband package we’ll give you 30 days' notice and be in touch to let you know the date the add-on will be removed from your account. You’ll no longer be charged for it after this date.

There’s nothing you need to do and there won’t be any other changes to your services.

You can check all your details by logging into My Account.
