- New customers who place an order for any Plusnet Business broadband or fibre product by 27th June 2013 get 50% off their monthly broadband or fibre rental charge for the first 6 months of their contract.
- Unless you are having a new business phone line installed, the discount will be applied to the monthly rental charges for the first 6 months after which you will be charged the standard rental charge for your broadband or fibre service.
- If your broadband or fibre service is activated at a later date to the phone service, charges will be pro-rated for the first month and the discount applied in the subsequent 6 months.

Broadband
Broadband speed: We'll give you the best download speed available (up to 17Mb if you live in a high speed area) dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. Broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract:There's no activation charge and we'll also include a wireless router worth £40 (you'll just pay £4.99 P&P). If you choose to end your Plusnet Broadband service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge is calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Charges schedule.
Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £40 activation charge and you can use your own router if it's compatible, or you can take our router. If you take ours you'll pay a £25 contribution towards this (plus £4.99 P&P). Minimum term of 30 days.
Fibre Broadband
Fibre broadband speed is described as 'up to' because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 76Mb and upload speed up to 19.5Mb. This is dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.
Fibre activation: An engineer visit is required to install Plusnet Fibre. However, we won't charge you for this.
Fibre broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract: The Plusnet Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of either 12 or 24 months. If you choose to end your Plusnet Fibre service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge will be calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Charges schedule.

What is a low cost area?
A broadband cease charge, as set out in our Charges schedule, is payable if you cease your contracted Plusnet broadband service and do not request and use a migration access code (MAC), or another recognised transfer process to move to another service provider.
