Stuff you need to know
1 - Why ‘up to’ 8Mb?- Broadband is described as ‘up to’ 8Mb because download speeds will vary depending on your telephone line and location.
- The average speed on up to 8Mb broadband is 5-6Mb. BT Wholesale estimates that 78% of customers will achieve download speeds of 4Mb and above.
- Download speeds will vary significantly in the first 10 days after connection and then will become more consistent.
2 - 1-Port router is free if you stay with us for 12 months. Leave within 12 months and you will pay the full cost of the 1-Port router (read Terms and Conditions)
3 - Wireless router is free if you stay with us for 12 months. Leave within 12 months and you will pay the full cost of the wireless router (read Terms and Conditions)
4 - This gives you free calls to other Broadband Phone users and customers of associated VoIP providers. Calls to landlines, mobiles and international numbers can be made at low cost rates.
5 - These included calls can only be made to standard UK landline numbers beginning with 01 & 02. Other calls are also available at cheap rates. Calls to other Broadband Phone users and customers of associated VoIP providers are free.
6 - £4.99 for 3 months then £9.99 a month on Home Phone Evenings & Weekends. Evening and weekends product included calls can only be made to standard UK landline numbers beginning with 01, 02 and 03. Evenings: 18:00-08:00 Mon-Fri. Weekends: 18:00 Fri - 08:00 Mon. All calls outside of your inclusive minutes are subject to minimum charges. All inclusive calls have a maximum free call length of 60 minutes for 01, 02 and 03 numbers. After this they will be charged at the standard prevailing rate.
