Broadband speed is described as up to 20Mb because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 20Mb, dependant on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products.

Broadband with a 12-month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40. (You'll just pay £4.99 P&P) If you leave within 12 months, you may be liable to pay charges relating to the set-up of your service and for hardware we have provided.
Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £25 activation charge (you'll pay this even if you add Home Phone to your order). You can use your own router if it's compatible or you can pay for one up front. Minimum term of 30 days.
Evening & weekend calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 made Monday-Friday 19:00-07:00 and anytime Saturday or Sunday.
Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial up internet access are excluded.

Plusnet Extra Fibre: If you live in a low cost area it costs £21.49 a month. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £21.49 a month for the first three months, then £27.99 a month.
If you are an existing customer then Fibre costs from £10 extra a month on top of your usual subscription charge.
