Our landline phone service costs £14.50 a month or £10.99 monthly equivalent if you pay 12 months in advance (only available online), including evening and weekend calls. Find out more about our packages.
Broadband
Broadband speed: We'll give you the best download speed available (up to 16Mb if you live in a high speed area) dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. Because of these factors your speed may be higher or lower than up to 16Mb. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.
Broadband with a 12-month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40 (you'll just pay £5.99 P&P). If you choose to end your Plusnet Broadband service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge is calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Price Guide.
Broadband with no annual contract: There's a £50 activation charge but we'll reduce this to £25 if you add one of our phone packages to your order. You can use your own router if it's compatible, or you can take our router (you'll just pay £5.99 P&P). Minimum term of 30 days.
Fibre Broadband
Fibre broadband speed is described as 'up to' because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 76Mb and upload speed up to 19.5Mb (applies to Plusnet Unlimited Fibre). This is dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Fibre activation: An engineer visit is required to install Plusnet Fibre. This costs £50 for new customers and £25 for existing customers. However, if you add one of our phone packages to your order or already have our phone service you'll get activation included. Fibre broadband 18-month contract: The Plusnet Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of 18 months. If you choose to end your Plusnet Fibre service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Calls to indirect access numbers and dial-up Internet access are excluded.
25% discount to top international call destinations: (Plusnet Anytime) Get a 25% discount on call rates to: EU, USA, Canada, India, Pakistan, Australia (incl. Christmas Islands & Cocos Islands) and New Zealand (incl. Chatham Islands).
300 Anytime minutes: (Plusnet Anytime International 300) Means 300 inclusive minutes to US mobiles, Canada mobiles and all landlines listed in our Top 35 international destinations.
Mobile Minutes: Are available on all current call plans and adds 100 inclusive minutes to UK Mobile numbers at anytime. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged.

What is a low cost area?
A broadband cease charge, as set out in our Price Guide, is payable if you cease your contracted Plusnet broadband service and do not request and use a migration access code (MAC), or another recognised transfer process to move to another service provider.
