62 Data protection policy statement
62.1 We take the security of our websites and your
data extremely seriously. As such, the information below is provided
so as to set out our data protection policy.
62.2 We do not capture and store any personal
information about you, except where you choose to give us your
personal details voluntarily when enquiring about or ordering
any of our Services. In these cases, the personal information
you give is used exclusively by us for providing you with current
and future information about products and services. We will not
pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or
individuals, except for the purposes of delivering specific services
to you (e.g. ADSL service, or a shipping company if you have asked us
to send something to you.), or with your express consent.
62.3 Our websites only monitor website traffic
to assess which pages are the most popular. This information is
not linked to any personal data so that visitors to our site remain
anonymous.
62.4 You have a right to know about the personal
information we hold about you. You also have a right to have your
data corrected or deleted. Please address all your requests and/or
queries about our data protection policy along with a cheque for
£10 + VAT made payable to "PlusNet Technologies Ltd"
and send it marked confidential by recorded delivery post to:

days of the funds clearing.
