* Broadband - Plusnet Value broadband starts at £5.99 a month for the first 3 months. If you live in one of our low cost areas you'll then pay this price every month. If you live outside of one of these areas you'll then pay £11.99 a month thereafter. Plusnet Unlimited Broadband starts at £11.99 a month for the first 3 months. If you live in one of our low cost areas you'll then pay £15.99 a month thereafter. If you live outside of one of these areas you'll then pay £19.99 a month thereafter. Minimum contract length of 18 months applies to Plusnet Value and Plusnet Unlimited. A BT landline is required for all of our Broadband products.

- Broadband is described as 'up to' 8Mb because download speeds will vary depending on your telephone line and where you live. The average speed on up to 8Mb broadband is 5-6Mb. BT Wholesale estimates that 78% of customers will get download speeds of 4Mb and above. Download speeds will vary a lot in the first 10 days after connection and will then become more consistent.
- Evening and weekends product included calls are to standard UK landline numbers beginning with 01, 02 & 03. Evenings are from 18:00-06:00 Mon-Fri. Weekends are 00:00 Sat - 00:00 Mon. All calls outside of your inclusive minutes are subject to minimum charges. All inclusive calls have a maximum free call length of 60 minutes for 01, 02, 03 and Plusnet Home Phone customers, and 30 minutes for international numbers.
