Traffic Prioritisation

To make sure our broadband works well during busy times we give different types of internet traffic different priorities.

For example, time-sensitive activities like online gaming need to be given the highest priority to work well at busy times. Other activities, like surfing, will work even with a lower priority level.

Our Extra and Pro packages are designed for gamers because they give the highest priority to online gaming traffic.

Priority Levels

Priority levels range from Titanium (highest priority) to Best Effort (lowest priority).
