1. Delivery details

We'll send your hardware by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. The package is small enough to fit through most letterboxes so you won't need to wait in.

If there's a problem, your postman should leave a card so you can collect the package from your local Post Office depot.

In the event of a national postal strike, we may use an alternative courier to avoid delays. Check our Community Site for announcements on this.

2. Where will hardware be delivered?

We can send hardware to any address you like, but we'll use your account address unless you request otherwise.

If you need hardware delivered somewhere else, Change your delivery address.

3. When will my hardware arrive?

New Customers

Your hardware should arrive on the day your broadband is ready.

Existing Customers

You should receive your hardware 2-3 days after ordering it.
