Information about the delivery of your broadband hardware.

Postage and Packaging charge

If you choose a hardware option when ordering your broadband, a delivery charge of £6.99 will be applied. This fee will be taken at the same time as the first payment for your broadband service and will be shown on your first invoice.

Hardware delivery date

Your broadband hardware will be delivered ready for when your broadband account is activated. If your order is delayed, your hardware will not be sent out until we have a confirmation date for the activation of your broadband line.

Please note: If your broadband activation fails for some reason, you will need to return the hardware so your activation fee can be refunded.

Choosing an alternate shipping address for the delivery of hardware

Your broadband hardware will automatically be delivered to the address where your broadband is being activated or installed. If it's not convenient for you to take delivery of your hardware at this address you can select an alternative when signing up. Remember that once your account has been activated it will be too late to change delivery details as your order will already be in the delivery process.

Delivery details

All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. If delivery is not successful, you will be provided with a card containing details of how to arrange pickup or another delivery.
