Summary: We use a number of tools to keep an eye on the performance of our network. Here are some of the graphs used to monitor sessions on our mail collection servers. What you're seeing here is exactly what our Operations team see, so don't worry if you don't understand everything.

The graphs on this page show recorded sessions for our mail collection servers over the last 24 hours, week and month.

A session is established when a customer checks our IMAP or POP3 servers for new messages using our Webmail service or a standalone email program like Outlook.

The sessions are load balanced across two separate sites (together housing more than 20 servers) in an automatic failover configuration meaning you'll only see two of the loadbalancers recording sessions at any one time.
