It appears that there may be coding discrepancies present on the flash pages and inbox pages displayed when logging into Webmail.

It is suspected that these errors are the cause of a number of contacts to the support centre from customers whose antivirus applications have alerted them to a javascript function when logging into Webmail.

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

Service has been taken down for maintenance. We are currently in the process of implementing a fix and the service should be available again shortly.

Access to the Webmail platform has now been restored. Investigations into the root cause of the problem continue.

We are confident that there are no further issues with our Webmail platform so this problem will now be downgraded pending further investigation of the cause.
