Windows 11 WiFi FAQs
You'll find both of them either on a sticker on the bottom or back of your router or on a pull-out tab at the back.
If you're connecting to the Internet using one of our routers, the SSID will look something like this: PlusnetWirelessABC123 or PLUSNET-Z258.
Your wireless password is made up of ten numbers and letters.
- Select the Network icon on the far right of the taskbar to open quick settings.
The Disconnected icon will show when you’re not connected.
- On the WiFi quick setting, select Manage WiFi Connections >
- Then select the > icon next to the WiFi quick setting to see a list of available networks.
Choose the WiFi network you want to connect to, then select Connect - Type the security key (often called the password).
Remember, your password is case sensitive so if you're having problems, double check what you're typing. - Follow additional instructions if there are any.
