We're committed to making our website accessible to all our customers. We do this by following certain government guidelines, so you can get the most out of it, especially if you've got special access requirements like:
- Partial sight
- Motor impairment
Are you looking for help on using a particular Plusnet service or tool? Have a look at our Help & Support section.
Did you know that you can increase the text size of any web page, or even get your computer to read pages aloud to you? How you do this depends on what web browser you're using.

You can find loads of information on how to get the best out of websites on the BBC's My Web My Way page.
The standards we aim to meet
In creating a nice-looking and easy-to-use website, we also work hard to make sure everyone can use it as easily as possible. We aim to meet the requirements of these standards:
- WCAG 1.0 Double-A approved (except checkpoints 1.3 and 1.4).
- Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS 2.0.
- Use structured semantic markup.
We're always working to improve our website, but we welcome your comments and suggestions.
What we can't do
We're not able to provide audio or text descriptions of our video help content. This means we can't meet WCAG compliance parts 1.3 and 1.4. However, you'll find our support pages cover the same information in an accessible format.
