This is an update to todays earlier post about the problem affecting our internal phone system.

Our internal phone system is now working as expected.

Customers can now call us normal.

We are currently experiencing problems affecting our internal phone system.

We would suggest that customers refrain from trying to contact us by telephone for non-urgent queries.

Phone system problems (72835) - RESOLVED

This is an update to Friday's posts regarding problems affecting our support phone system.

Following maintenance carried out by our engineers on Friday and over the weekend the issues have now been resolved.

We haven't seen any further issues since 4.30AM this morning when one of of the servers that forms part of our system was rebooted and are closely monitoring the situation with our suppliers.

Phone system problems (72835) - UPDATE

This is an update to the earlier posts regarding problems affecting our support phone system.

Unfortunately we have begun to experience further problems which are resulting in some calls to us resulting in engaged or dead tones.

We are investigating this as a matter of urgency and will provide further updates when possible.
