What you need to know

How to claim

  1. In order to claim a Price Match you must call us on 0800 023 2221 or talk to our team on Business Live Chat. Price Match cannot be claimed via signing up online.
  2. You must provide the URL to the UK Provider’s website detailing the product and price you wish to claim Price Match on. We must be able to independently verify and corroborate the details provided on the date of sign up.

Terms and conditions

  1. Available to new Plusnet Business customers only who sign up by calling or chatting online with Plusnet between 30th September 2019 and 29th October 2019. Price Match must be claimed before you sign up and will not be offered retrospectively on orders placed prior to the Price Match start date.
  2. If you find a 12 or 24 month Unlimited Business Broadband and Line Rental package offered on the same terms at a cheaper price, we’ll match it.
  3. We will compare the provider’s total cost of broadband and line rental for the minimum term, against our total cost of broadband and line rental across the minimum term. Excludes any other charges, including one-off set up fees, such as activation and installation. Excludes incentives, including cash, gift cards, vouchers, free gifts or discounts off other services. We will meet, or better, any difference in price, which will be applied on a monthly basis across the minimum term.
  4. Not available against any providers offering ‘free’ broadband and/or line rental.
  5. Excludes bespoke negotiated prices.
  6. We reserve the right to withdraw or change the terms of this offer at any time. Cannot be used in conjunction with other Plusnet offers.
