Your final bill and service closure date

Plusnet Business Broadband will be closing 28 May 2024. You’ll receive your final bill in April 2024 and your service will close on your May bill date.

Use a telecare device or emergency pendant? 

When your Plusnet service ends, any emergency pendants, healthcare or personal alarms connected to your phone line or broadband will stop working. It’s important you take action and move your service as soon as possible.

Act now and switch your service

To avoid any loss of service we advise you act now and switch to BT for Business or another provider.
