At Plusnet we aim for the highest standards of integrity, transparency and fairness in all we do - whether we’re dealing with customers, our employees or our suppliers.

We also expect these standards to flow through our supply chain, which means we put a lot of effort into selecting, and working with, suppliers who aim for the same standards we set for ourselves.

As a business we have detailed policies and processes in place to address labour standards in our business and supply chain. You can find a detailed description of these policies and processes in our Modern Slavery Act statement, which is a statement we are required to publish by the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
