    Gender Pay Gap Reporting

    Since our birth, we've taken our responsibility to create a great working environment for all our people very seriously. Plusnet's gender pay gap is reported within BT's Group Gender Pay Gap Statement which outlines the reasons for the Group's gender pay gap and our plans to drive down the gender pay gap even further.
