Move to our award-winning broadband and phone service

It's never been easier to move your broadband and phone. You can now switch to Plusnet without giving us your MAC Key and in most cases you don’t even need to contact your old provider. It's that simple!

Moving from Sky, BT, Talk Talk or any other ADSL or Fibre provider?

Simply sign up to any of our packages and once you've joined us, we'll contact your old provider for you and your move will take a minimum of 10 working days.

Moving from Virgin Media or any other cable provider?

Simply sign up to any of our packages and once you’ve joined us, you'll need to contact your old provider to cancel your service. To make sure your switch goes smoothly we recommend you do this after we've confirmed your activation date.
