Important update about Plusnet Business

We're making some changes to the packages and services we'll be offering in the future, and within the next 12 months we will be closing our business broadband services. Don't worry, your service will continue as normal for the time being but we recommend you contact us to discuss your options as soon as possible - as part of the BT Group we can provide alternative services that meet the present and future needs of your business.

Give us at least four weeks' notice and let us know if you'd like to keep your landline number.

    Give us a call

    Call 0800 389 7854 and let us know your business is moving. Tell us if you’ll need any extra services at your new location.

    Tell us the details

    We'll need to know your Plusnet username, where you're moving to, when you're moving, and who your landline with us (if it's not us).

  3. 3

    Get packing

    We'll take care of everything else, and send you a text or email when your service is good to go at your new address. Don't forget to pack your router and cables.
