Unlimited broadband free for the first 18 months then from £9.99 a month when you take line rental – 18 month contract:
- This price is available to new Plusnet customers signing up at www.plus.net or by calling Plusnet between 24th February and 8th March 2016.
- You must sign up to a 18 month minimum contract for:
- Plusnet Unlimited Broadband £0.00 the first 18 months, current price from month 19 is £9.99 a month (or if you live outside a low cost area £0.00 for the first 18 months, current price from month 19 is £17.49 per month); and
- Plusnet Line rental at £16.99 a month, or Line Rental Saver at £185.88 by paying for 12 months in advance (equivalent of £15.49 a month). Plusnet line rental and Line Rental Saver do not include any inclusive calls.
- You may add any Plusnet call plan at an additional cost.
- If you live in a low cost area the total price you will pay for the first 18 months is the equivalent of £15.49 per month (with line rental saver) and £16.99 a month (with standard line rental).
- After the 18 month period you'll pay the standard price for your Unlimited Broadband (currently £9.99 a month in low cost areas otherwise £17.49 a month), phone package and line rental.
The following conditions also apply:
- This price cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- These prices apply if you pay your monthly subscription fee by direct debit (otherwise a £1.50 payment processing fee applies).
- There is no cash alternative to this price.
- Your Home Phone activation date will be used as your monthly billing date. If your broadband service is activated at a later date to the phone service, charges will be pro-rated for the first month and any discount applied in the subsequent 18 months.
- If you need a new phone line installed at your property there's a £49.99 installation charge (excluding external construction charges).
- A £6.99 router delivery fee applies, if you choose to take one.

Our landline phone service costs £16.99 a month or £15.49 monthly equivalent if you pay 12 months in advance (Line Only as standard - calls to Plusnet Support and other Plusnet phone customers included).

Broadband
Broadband speed: We'll give you the best download speed available (up to 17Mb if you live in a high speed area) dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. Because of these factors your speed may be higher or lower than up to 17Mb. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.
Broadband with a 12 or 18 month contract: There's a £25 broadband activation charge, but we'll give you this free if you add one of our phone packages to your order. We'll also include a wireless router worth £40 (you'll just pay £6.99 P&P). If you choose to end your Plusnet Broadband service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge is calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Price guide.
Broadband without a 12 or 18 month contract: There's a £50 activation charge but we'll reduce this to £25 if you add one of our phone packages to your order. You can use your own router if it's compatible, or you can take our router (you'll just pay £6.99 P&P). Minimum term of 30 days.
Fibre Broadband
† Fibre broadband speed is described as 'up to' because your actual download speeds will vary. We'll give you the best download speed available on your line, with up to 76Mb download speed and 19Mb upload speeds on Unlimited Fibre Extra, and up to 38Mb download speed and 1.9Mb upload speeds on Unlimited Fibre. This is dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring and time of day. We'll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Fibre activation: Plusnet Fibre must be activated. This costs £50 for new customers and £25 for existing customers. However, if you add one of our phone packages to your order or already have our phone service you'll get this activation included.
Fibre broadband 18-month contract: The Plusnet Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of 18 months. If you choose to end your Plusnet Fibre service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge will be calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Price guide.

Anytime calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 at anytime (except calls to indirect access numbers (which include calling cards), dial-up Internet access and calls longer than 60 minutes).
Evening & weekend calls: Means calls to UK landlines beginning with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 made Monday-Friday 19:00-07:00 and anytime Saturday or Sunday (except calls to indirect access numbers (which include calling cards), dial-up Internet access and calls longer than 60 minutes). Calls must be started and finished within these times to be inclusive (non-chargeable) and any call that lasts more than 60 minutes will be chargeable.
25% discount to top 35 international destinations: (Anytime International 300) Get a 25% discount on chargeable calls to all countries listed in our top 35 international destinations. For more information see our tariffs guide.
300 Anytime minutes: (Anytime International 300) Means 300 inclusive minutes to USA mobiles, Canada mobiles and all landlines listed in our top 35 international destinations. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes (Local) or 30 minutes (International) and you won't be charged.
Mobile Minutes: Are available on all current call plans and adds 100 inclusive minutes to UK Mobile numbers at anytime. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged.
Service calls outside of your inclusive minutes: From 01/07/2015, the charge for calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118 consists of a 9.58p per minute access charge from Plusnet, plus a service charge set by the company you called. For more information visit www.plus.net/ukcalling

Unlimited Fibre Broadband when taken with Plusnet line rental
- With an 18 month contract: If you live in a low cost area it costs £5.00 a month for the first 6 months, £14.99 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £12.50 a month for the first 6 months, £22.49 a month thereafter.
Unlimited Fibre Broadband when taken without Plusnet line rental
- With an 18 month contract: If you live in a low cost area it costs £17.49 a month. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £24.99 a month.
Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband when taken with Plusnet line rental
- With an 18 month contract: If you live in a low cost area it costs £10.00 a month for the first 6 months, £19.99 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £17.50 a month for the first 6 months, £27.49 a month thereafter.
Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband when taken without Plusnet line rental
- With an 18 month contract: If you live in a low cost area it costs £22.49 a month. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £29.99 a month.
What is a low cost area?
A broadband cease charge, as set out in our Price guide, is payable if you choose to end your agreement for your Plusnet Broadband service and the service is ceased or you are switching your service to another provider on a different network.
YouView TV from Plusnet
To take YouView TV from Plusnet you will need to be a current Plusnet Unlimited Fibre or Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra customer, with a minimum estimated line speed of 15Mb, and a Plusnet line rental customer. You must sign up for an 18 month minimum contract for:-
- Plusnet Unlimited Fibre or Unlimited Fibre Extra;
- Plusnet line rental; and
- YouView TV from Plusnet (Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard).
You’ll receive a YouView + or a YouView box, and the Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs as standard. Additional channel packs are subject to a one month minimum term. BT Sport Lite and BT Sport channel packs do not include access to any online content made available by BT via btsport.com or the BT Sport App. BT Sport Extra channels available in SD only. 12 UEFA Champions League games shown free to air on BT Sport Showcase 2015/16. To view the HD channel pack content you must have a HD Ready television and use the HDMI cable to connect your TV to the Set Top Box. HD channel pack content is dependent upon the other channel packs you subscribe to i.e. certain HD channels will only be available as part of the HD channel pack where you also take the BT Sport channel pack.
A 10m cable will be provided. £40 for powerline adapters if needed. You’ll need a minimum line speed of at least 15Mb. YouView is subject to terms of use, suitable broadband speed and suitable coverage; see www.youview.com for more information or to check your digital TV coverage or broadband speed. YouView+ Box = includes a YouView+ box (you'll just pay £7.99 P&P) with 500GB hard drive and the ability to record, pause and rewind TV. Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard. There is a £50 activation charge.
YouView Box = includes a YouView box (you'll just pay £6.99 P&P) with the ability to pause (SD up to 30 mins and HD up to 15 mins) and rewind TV but you cannot record on this box. Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard.
YouView TV from Plusnet with an 18 month contract: YouView TV from Plusnet service is subject to a minimum period of 18 months. If you choose to end the YouView TV from Plusnet service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge will be calculated by multiplying the number of months remaining in your minimum term by a monthly early termination charge, as set out in the Price guide.
TV channels delivered over broadband need the router and YouView box to be connected with an Ethernet cable or powerline adapters. If you router is more than 10m from your TV, you may need to purchase a longer Ethernet cable or powerline adapters at an additional cost (see Price guide for more details). Powerline adapters are subject to the quality of internal wiring in your home, and as a result speeds may vary.
Whilst watching or recording any TV channels delivered over broadband, other online activities might be slower.
User interface images may differ on screen and content is subject to availability. Record only available on YouView+. Catch up/on demand relates to content made available from the BBC, ITV (STV in Scotland and not available in Northern Ireland), Channel 4, Channel 5, UKTV, Quest OD and S4C. Not all programmes available from past seven days. UTV unavailable via catch up/on demand. Sky Store is a pay per view movie service. NOW TV and Netflix are subscription services.
