      Where you have taken our fixed price contract, your broadband and line rental price will not change during the minimum term. Other prices, content and terms may change at any time during your contract. We'll tell you about important changes in advance, and if a change is detrimental you'll be able to end your contract without any fees.

      Changes to prices and terms

      If you sign up to one of our fixed price contracts before 7th October 2020, your broadband and line rental price will stay the same during your fixed price contract minimum term.  When it ends:

      • The broadband and line rental price you'll pay will increase to the then applicable out of contract price as set out in our Price Guide at that time; and
      • Your terms and conditions will include an annual CPI price change.  This means we'll increase the monthly price of broadband and line rental by the annual percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Office for National Statistics in April of that year. We'll do this so that the price increase takes effect in June of each year, starting from the end of your minimum term.

      The end of your contract is some time away. Before it ends we'll contact you to remind you of any changes that'll apply, (e.g. the price you'll pay and your terms).

      Line rental is included in all our broadband packages.  Standard line rental price is £19.99 a month (line only, no calls included). The standard line rental price, or where applicable the discounted line rental price, is included in the package price.

      Unlimited Fibre Extra (12 and 18 month contracts)

      Fixed price contract

      For new Plusnet customers that sign up for 12 or 18 months (as appropriate). Line rental is included in the price (line only, no calls included). Price from month 13 or 19 (as appropriate) currently £40.98 a month (incl. line rental). Compatible line required otherwise a £49.99 installation charge may apply (excluding any external construction charges). We'll include a wireless router worth £99.99. Outside of your 14 day cancellation period, if you choose to end your service within the minimum period, you will have to pay an early termination charge.

      If you live outside of a low cost area the price you will pay will be £7.50 a month more than the price(s) shown.

      The date your broadband and line rental activates, or where your services do not activate at the same time, the service that activates first, will be used as your monthly billing date. If your broadband or line rental service are not activated at the same time, for the service that is activated at a later date, charges will be pro rated for the first month and any applicable discounts for that service will apply once the service starts.

We'll include a wireless router worth £40.00. You may terminate your services at any time without having to pay an early termination charge.  Outside your 14 day cancellation period, you'll have to give at least 14 days' notice.

      Fixed price contracts

      For our broadband and line rental contracts, the fixed price applies to the broadband and line rental monthly price only (excludes other services such as call plans, call charges and add-ons).

      If you choose to move house during the minimum term of your fixed price contract, and you move from a low cost area to a non-low cost area, or a non-low cost area to a low cost area, you will be subject to the new price once your move is completed.       Speeds

      Φ Broadband speed is described as 'average download speed of 10Mb', as it is based on speed available to at least 50% of customers at peak time (8-10pm). Your actual speed will be dependent on your location, phone line, home wiring, Wi-Fi connection and time of day. Find out why speeds vary.       300 Anytime minutes: (Anytime International 300) Means 300 inclusive minutes to USA mobiles, Canada mobiles and all landlines listed in our top 35 international destinations. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged.

      Other call information:

      Mobile minutes: Are available to Line Only and the Anytime International 300 call plan and adds 100 inclusive minutes to UK mobile numbers and 070 personal numbering services at any time. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged. Some 07 numbers do not constitute mobile numbers and may not be included as part of an inclusive mobile package.

      Service calls outside of your inclusive minutes: The charge for calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118 consists of a 9.58p per minute access charge from Plusnet, plus a service charge set by the company you called. For more information visit www.plus.net/ukcalling.

      Calls to Plusnet Support and other Plusnet line rental customers are included in all line rental packages. Calls to other Plusnet phone customers are included for the first hour. Hang up and re-dial before 60 minutes and you won't be charged.

      Phone Line Extras

      Voicemail

      1571 Voicemail: Included as standard, our answer phone-style feature takes messages when you can't get to the phone.

      Voicemail Extra: This advanced voicemail service lets you record your own greeting, store up to 30 messages and listen to them when you're not at home. Voicemail Extra costs £3 a month. Further information about Voicemail Extra can be found here.

      Caller Display

      See the number of the person who is calling you (you'll need a phone that supports this service). Further information about Caller Display can be found here. Subject to availability.

      Plusnet Call Protect

      Included in all line rental packages, this blocks nuisance calls on your landline and sends them straight into your junk voicemail. Further information about Plusnet Call Protect can be found here. Subject to availability.

      To take YouView TV from Plusnet you will need to be a current Plusnet Unlimited Fibre or Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra customer, with a minimum estimated line speed of 15Mb, and a Plusnet line rental customer. You must sign up for an 18 month minimum contract for:

      • Plusnet Unlimited Fibre or Unlimited Fibre Extra;
      • Plusnet line rental; and
      • YouView TV from Plusnet (Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard)

      You'll receive a YouView+ or a YouView box, and the Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs as standard. Additional channel packs are subject to a minimum one month term.

      YouView+ Box: Includes a YouView+ box (you'll just pay £7.99 P&P) with a 500GB hard drive and the ability to record, pause and rewind TV. Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard. There is a £50.00 activation charge.

      YouView Box: Includes a YouView box (you'll just pay £6.99 P&P) with the ability to pause (SD up to 30 mins and HD up to 15 mins) and rewind TV but you cannot record on this box. Entertainment and BT Sport Lite channel packs included as standard.

      TV channels delivered over broadband need the router and YouView box to be connected with an Ethernet cable or powerline adapters. A 10m cable will be provided. If your router is more than 10m from your TV, you may need to purchase a longer Ethernet cable or powerline adapters at an additional cost. Powerline adapters are £40.00 if required. Powerline adapters are subject to the quality of internal wiring in your home, and as a result speeds may vary. YouView is subject to terms of use, suitable broadband speed and suitable coverage; see www.youview.com for more information or to check your digital TV coverage or broadband speed. Aerial upgrade may be required.

      Whilst watching or recording any TV channels delivered over broadband, other online activities may be slower.

      User interface images may differ on screen and content is subject to availability. Record only available on YouView+. Catch up/on demand relates to content made available from the BBC, ITV (STV in Scotland), Channel 4, Channel 5, UKTV, Quest OD and S4C. Not all programmes are available from the past seven days. UTV is unavailable via catch up/on demand. Limited ITV content in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Sky Store is a pay per view movie service. NOW TV and Netflix are subscription services. All logos and content images are trademarks and/or copyright of their respective owners. The YouView logo is a registered trademark owned by YouView TV Limited and used under licence.

      YouView TV from Plusnet with an 18 month contract: YouView TV from Plusnet service is subject to a minimum period of 18 months. If you choose to end the YouView TV from Plusnet service within the minimum period, where you are outside your 14 day cancellation period, you will have to pay an early termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge depends on your monthly price and the length of time remaining in your minimum term. How we calculate these charges is set out in our price guide.

      Fixed Price Contracts: The 18 month contract includes a fixed price broadband and line rental guarantee for the length of your contract. The fixed price applies to the broadband and line rental monthly price only (excludes other services such as YouView TV from Plusnet, call plans, call charges and add-ons).

You can only access BT Sport online or via the BT Sport App in the UK, or over 25 European destinations. Requires minimum 400kbps line speed or good Wi-Fi/3G/4G signal and a compatible device. For BT Sport over Sky Digital Satellite Platform customers, BoxNation is available in SD only.       BT Sport from Plusnet on the Sky Digital Satellite Platform

      BT Sport is available to existing UK Plusnet residential broadband customers with a Sky satellite receiver box, a satellite dish installed and an active viewing card. No access to any online content is made available by BT via www.btsport.com or via the BT Sport App. Excludes Multiroom. BoxNation available in SD only. There is a minimum term of one month starting from your next billing date following sign up.

      † BT Sport HD requires a Sky HD satellite receiver box, HD cabling and an HD-ready television to view the HD channels.

      You don't need a Sky viewing card to order, but if you already have one you'll need to give us the viewing card number.

      BT Sport App from Plusnet

      BT Sport App from Plusnet is available to existing UK Plusnet residential broadband customers. There is a minimum one month term starting from your next billing date following sign-up. Monthly rolling contract.
