Terms and Conditions for That'll Brew Promotion
The That'll Brew customer competition promotional period runs from 00:01 am on the 24th November 2022 until 11:59pm on the 4th December 2022.
Entry into the promotion shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to:
- employees and immediate families of the Promotor and anyone else professionally associated with, the promotion or Promoter;
- any entries found containing offensive or abusive inappropriate content so deemed by the Promoter will be removed;
- entries automatically generated by computers; or
- any entrant or entry that is in breach of these terms.
To enter the prize draw, entrants will need to log in to their Plusnet account, visit the My Perks page in Member Centre and play the That'll Brew game. No purchase necessary and entry to the competition is free of charge. Entrants must live in the United Kingdom be over 18 and only one entry per household is allowed.

Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
251 winning moments have been securely selected and randomly allocated across the entire Promotion Period. The first entrant playing the game on or after one of these winning moments will win a prize. Prizes are rolled over if not won before the next winning moment. A maximum of one prize can be won per household. Winners will be emailed on the email address attached to their Plusnet account informing them that they have won a prize and confirming delivery details within 28 days of the Promotional Period closing. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact a winner by this date, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid entries in that draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to a prize.
If you receive a notification that you have won, the email address or delivery address attached to your Plusnet account will be used to send your prize.
Entrants email addresses will be shared with our partner promoter, VCG for the sole purpose of winner identification. The details of non-winners will be deleted immediately. The winning customer names, address and email address details will be shared with our partner promoter, VCG, for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment. These details will be retained for 30 days after the end of the promotional period to allow the Promoter(s) to arrange for delivery of each prize and to deal with any questions from winners.
Winner’s selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.
Winners’ names will be published on the Plusnet website and in subsequent marketing materials related to Plusnet Perks. Winners may also be asked by the Promoter to participate in reasonable further publicity relating to their winning of a prize, free of charge. The Promoter will contact these prize winners prior to the intended publicity. A winner shall have the right to decline to participate in such future publicity.
The promotor(s) is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification.
No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in the place of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
The Promoter(s) is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect address or email address details, they delete the email prior to redeeming the e-code or does not use the voucher prior to it expiring.
The Promoter(s) does not accept any responsibility for prizes lost or damaged. No substitutions will be offered once the prize has been redeemed.
The Promoter(s) accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion.
Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter(s) reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
