    Adult content locks on Plusnet Mobile

    Our adult content locks help keep you and your children safe online by blocking 18-rated content. By default, adult content is automatically restricted when your SIM card is activated.

    In order to access adult content on your mobile, please contact our Customer Service team, who'll be able to add this for you.

    It normally takes up to 2 – 4 hours for the services to be turned on however this can sometimes take a little longer. If this still isn’t working after 24 hours please contact our Customer Service team, who’ll be able to investigate this for you.

    Content lock will not work on iOS devices with iOS 15 or newer when browsing on Safari and for HTTP app traffic if Apple's iCloud Private Relay is enabled.
