Mates rates FAQs
You'll get more for your money if you've got both. That's because if you've got residential broadband or home phone with us then you can get Mates Rates on your mobile plan. Meaning you’ll get more allowance at no extra cost.
Plusnet business customers, and Plusnet residential customers with only an email service will not be eligible for Mates Rates.
Terms and an eligibility check may apply but we'll tell you about these when you sign-up for Mates Rates.
You can register up to 5 mobile accounts on Mates Rates. These can be registered in anyone's name so long as they live at the same address as where your broadband is registered. All you’ll need is your broadband account details so that we can confirm you are an existing customer.
No changes will be made to your Mates Rates allowance if you choose to cancel your broadband or home phone service.
The amount you pay for broadband and home phone will stay the same.
If you do decide to cancel your mobile contract with us, you'll need to give us 30 days' notice.
