Mates rates guide

You'll get more for your money if you've got both. That's because if you've got residential broadband or home phone with us then you can get Mates Rates on your mobile plan. So you'll get double the amount of data at no extra cost.

Plusnet business customers, and Plusnet residential customers with only an email service will not be eligible for Mates Rates.

Terms and an eligibility check may apply but we'll tell you about these when you sign-up for Mates Rates.

If you've no longer got either a broadband or home phone service, you'll lose your extra Mates Rates mobile allowance.

So you'll still pay the same for your SIM only plan, but you won't have the extra data. We'll email to let you know about the changes, and you'll see your new mobile allowance on the next bill you get after moving your broadband and home phone.

Remember anyone else in your household will also lose their Mates Rates that are linked your broadband or phone service.

The amount you pay for broadband and home phone will stay the same.

If you do decide to cancel your mobile contract with us, you'll need to give us 30 days' notice.

Just go to our existing customer offers and put in your username and postcode. Then when you've started your mobile contract with us, you'll be able to start enjoying double data.

Give us a call and if you're eligible, we'll get you onto Mates Rates.
