Will I get a better mobile deal if I've got Plusnet broadband?
You'll get more for your money if you've got both. That's because if you've got residential broadband or home phone with us then you can get Mates Rates on your mobile plan. Meaning you’ll get more allowance at no extra cost.
Plusnet business customers, and Plusnet residential customers with only an email service will not be eligible for Mates Rates.
Terms and an eligibility check may apply but we'll tell you about these when you sign-up for Mates Rates.
Are other members of my household eligible for Mates Rates?
You can register up to 5 mobile accounts on Mates Rates. These can be registered in anyone's name so long as they live at the same address as where your broadband is registered. All you’ll need is your broadband account details so that we can confirm you are an existing customer.
What if I cancel my Plusnet broadband but keep Plusnet Mobile?
No changes will be made to your Mates Rates allowance if you choose to cancel your broadband or home phone service.
What if I cancel my Plusnet Mobile but keep Plusnet broadband?
The amount you pay for broadband and home phone will stay the same.
If you do decide to cancel your mobile contract with us, you'll need to give us 30 days' notice.
How do I add Plusnet Mobile if I've already got a broadband account?
Just go to our existing customer offers and put in your username and postcode. Then when you've started your mobile contract with us, you'll be able to start enjoying your extra allowance.
How do I move to Mates Rates if I've already got a different Plusnet Mobile plan?
Give us a call and if you're eligible, we'll get you onto Mates Rates.
