Best Broadband Service - uSwitch Broadband Awards 2015

Pride in our products and Customer Service are really important to us at Plusnet. We're delighted that uSwitch have recognised this and add three more uSwitch awards to our collection in 2015: Best Customer Service, Best Value Home Broadband and Best Broadband and Homephone.

Best Value Broadband and Phone Provider & Best Customer Service - Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards 2015

For the third year running, Plusnet have been selected as a winner at the Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards, and for the second year running, we have picked up the 'Best Value Broadband and Phone Provider' and 'Best Customer Service' accolades.

Simplifydigital is the UK's only accredited switching service for digital TV, home phone and broadband, and the awards are based on customer feedback. In a survey of over 2,000 customers who switched using Simplifydigital in 2014, 65% of Plusnet respondents rated our service as excellent/good value for money and 64% rated our customer service as excellent/good.

Best Broadband Provider & Best Budget Provider - Broadband Genie

We are delighted to announce that for the 3rd year running we have been awarded the Best Broadband Provider award, which saw Plusnet come top in 4 out of 5 survey categories voted on by Broadband Genie users across the country.

In addition our great value service also saw us awarded the Best Budget Provider 2015 by the judging panel due to our strong customer service levels and our broadband reliability.

Best Broadband Service - MoneySuperMarket Broadband Supers 2015

We're delighted to have won three of the MoneySuperMarket 'Super' awards: Best Value, Best Customer Service and Best Quality & Reliability, made even more special as they're based on votes from our customers. The awards are among those most respected in the industry and it's always great to see Plusnet recognised beside some of the biggest and well known brands.

Most Recommended & Best Value Broadband - Moneywise Home Finance Awards 2015

For the second year running, Plusnet have scooped the Most Recommended broadband provider at the Moneywise Home Finances Awards, with 90% of our customers willing to recommend us to their friends and family.

In addition, our reliability, fantastic customer service and strong offers mean that for the second year running we have also secured Best Value for Money.

We also achieved Highly Commended in the Fastest Broadband category, narrowly missing out on top spot.

Almost 14,000 Moneywise readers voted in the awards, which aim to find the best home finance and household service providers.

Highly Commended Broadband ISP - PC Pro Tech Excellence Awards

The readers of PC Pro have voted us Highly Commended in the Broadband Provider category of their Tech Excellence Awards. We achieved some excellent scores: 81% positive on customer support, 83% on reliability, 83% on value for money and 74% on speed, giving us an overall score of 82%.

The PC Pro Tech Excellence Awards are held annually and are the UK's biggest IT survey, so this is a truly fantastic achievement which really shows our customers love us, and we love them back!

Best Broadband Service - Cable.co.uk

We are pleased to announce that we have scooped a staggering five awards at the inaugural Cable.co.uk Broadband Awards.

Plusnet scored highly in all categories, securing us the overall title of Best Broadband Provider 2015. We also won Best Customer Service, Best Reliability, Best Value and Best Inclusive Calls.

More than 6,000 members of the public and a panel of in-house experts voted. Out of the five wins, four were in the categories voted for by the public, so these wins are a real testament to our focus on customer satisfaction.

Best Broadband Service - Moneywise Home Finance Awards 2014

Over 5,500 Moneywise readers recently took part in a survey to vote for their favourite providers in home finance and household service providers. We are delighted to have been voted as Winner in three categories:

Best Value Broadband and Phone Provider & Best Customer Services - Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards 2014

For the second year in a row, Plusnet have been recognised in the Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards, this time picking up the 'Best Value Broadband and Phone Provider' and 'Best Customer Services' accolades. These are based on customer feedback from the UK's only Ofcom accredited switching service for digital TV, home phone and broadband.

To be recognised for these awards Simplifydigital used a comprehensive survey measuring the satisfaction of over 900 customers who had switched to a new provider within the last 12 months. Of 2,911 customers who switched suppliers using Simplifydigital in 2012 and 2013, 70% of Plusnet respondents rated our service as excellent/good value for money and 74% rated our customer service as excellent/good.

Best Broadband Provider and Best Budget Broadband 2014 - Broadband Genie

We're delighted to announce that we've won two more Broadband Genie awards! After winning several awards in their 2013 survey, we've added a couple more to our cabinet including their prestigious Best Broadband Provider Award in association with PC Advisor magazine!

These awards mean a lot to us especially because customer satisfaction plays a key role in the judging process. We achieved very strong satisfaction results which showed that 81% of our customers would recommend us – the highest customer service rating in the survey. This in conjunction with our excellent speed test results, lead to the panel awarding us both the Best Budget Broadband and Best Broadband Provider 2014 awards.

Following on from last years success we've added two more uSwitch awards to our collection. This time for 'Best Value Home Broadband' and 'Best Customer Service'. The uSwitch Broadband Awards are recognised by both consumers and the broadband industry as a mark of quality and as a key point of differentiation.

Overall Winner - Broadband Choices

Plusnet are proud to announce that we've won no less than seven awards in the 2013 Broadband Choices Customer Satisfaction Awards including 'Overall Winner' for both Phone and Broadband.

The awards are based purely on feedback from customers and so we are delighted to have scooped awards for 'Customer Service', 'Quality & Reliability', 'Value for Money', 'Speed of Activation', 'Online Security Features' and 'Best Home Phone'.

Broadband Choices concluded, 'The fact Plusnet also won Speed of Activation and Quality and Reliability suggests their customer's entire journey - from initial set-up to whatever time they choose to depart - is supported by a pretty well-oiled machine. One customer told us it's a "reliable service at a good price".'

Best Value Broadband Provider 2013 - Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards

Plusnet has been named 2013 winner of 'Best Value Broadband Provider' in the Simplifydigital Customer Choice Awards, which recognise the best UK digital services based on customer feedback.

Simplifydigital, the UK's only Ofcom accredited switching service for digital TV, home phone and broadband, used a comprehensive survey to obtain insight into the satisfaction of over 900 customers who had switched to a new provider within the last 12 months. Over the past 12 months more people switched to Plusnet through Simplifydigital than to any other provider, with 90% of customers generally satisfied and over 80% feeling that the service offered 'good' or 'very good' value for money.

Best Customer Rated Broadband 2013 - uSwitch

Plusnet has yet again picked up the 'Best Customer Rated Home Broadband' at the uSwitch.com Broadband Awards 2013. Over 2,000 people voted for this award so it's great to see real customer opinion being the proof of the products and services we deliver.

Best Broadband Provider and Best Budget Provider 2013 - Broadband Genie

Plusnet has swept the board in BroadbandGenie.co.uk Home Broadband Survey 2013. The survey polls consumer opinion and carries out thousands of speed tests before compiling results and we have come top with the highest ratings in all categories: technical support; customer service; reliability; performance and recommendation.

We have also been voted the Best Budget Provider. Broadband Genie is the UK's leading independent broadband, mobile broadband and smartphone comparison website.

Plusnet was delighted to be awarded Employer of the Year at the Yorkshire Post's Excellence in Business Awards 2012. The judges said Plusnet was chosen because it manages to keep an informal and friendly culture alive despite employing over 700 people, and evolving into a nationally recognised brand. They also praised the fact every member of staff is encouraged to get involved.

Plusnet, won the 'Best Consumer Fixed Broadband' award at this year's Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) awards.

The judges were impressed by Plusnet's flexibility, good range of services, value for money, 10 day cancellation and pre-configured routers.

Plusnet was named in eight out of ten of Broadband Choices' 2012 Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Plusnet was named top dog in the 'Best Value for Money' and 'Speed of Activation' categories and also appeared as runners up in a further six categories including Overall Winner, Quality, Reliability, Customer Service and Broadband Speed.

Over 11,000 respondents took part in the Broadband Choices annual survey in 2012.

Best Budget Broadband - PC Advisor ISP Awards 2012

We are delighted that we've been named as the PC Advisor Best Budget Broadband provider for 2012.

Every year, PC Advisor runs a web-based survey that asks readers to assess their home-broadband experience. The respondents of the survey rated us highly across the board, with 91% saying they would recommend Plusnet and a satisfaction rate of 97% overall.

Following on from our success in 2011, yet again we've beaten tough competition to win another 4 trophies at this year's prestigious uSwitch Broadband Awards. We claimed the 'Best Customer Rated Broadband Provider', 'Best Value Home Broadband', 'Most Reliable Service' and 'Most Likely to be Recommended' categories.

To kick off 2011, we're pleased to announce that we've been recommended in the PC Advisor Home Broadband Survey.

The respondents of the survey highlighted both our good value and high average connection speeds. We are particularly pleased with the 94% satisfaction rate for our customer service, with a 96% satisfaction rate overall.
